Cancellation/Refund/Reschedule Policy
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel or do not attend the session you registered for, you forfeit the entire course fee. We do not give any refunds.
Refund Policy: We Do Not Offer Refunds. We Offer Course Credit Only
Late Arrival Policy: Please arrive promptly at your scheduled course. Instructors cannot go back and teach information missed if you arrive late. If you arrive within the first 15 minutes of the course, you may still participate in the class. If you arrive later than 15 minutes after the course start time on the day of the course, you will not be able to re-schedule your class and will forfeit our course fee.
Rescheduling a Class: The student must make the re-scheduling request by email/text within 48 hours prior to the day of the class.
A student may reschedule their course only once. If a student is requesting to reschedule; they must provide a 48-hour prior written notice. If the student fails to give more than a 48-hour written prior notice; they will be required to pay a rescheduling fee of one-half the course fee.
If the student fails to appear in class, the day of class – will result in a forfeiture of your entire course fee.
There are no refunds.
If the student cancels their class within less than a 48-hour written notice they will forfeit the class fee and the student will forfeit the course fee. The “TIMESTAMP” of your email and or test will be the official time of record that will be used.
