Refund Policy

 

Terms and Conditions

All course charges and/or fees are payable by cash, check, and or credit card and are due on the day of the course prior to the start of the course unless other payment arrangements have been made in advance.

No course certifying cards or certifications will be issued until course payment is received and monies have cleared both of our financial institutions.

Any bounced check charges will be passed along to the signer of the check payment that occurs Non-Sufficient Funds.

 The course certifying card will not be issued until all charges are paid.

 

 Full courses that are canceled a minimum of two weeks before the course will have their course charge refunded.

We understand that sometimes things happen and you may need to cancel a full course or individual course registration. Pre-paid individual course registrations will be refunded in full if the course is still held as scheduled and there is a minimum attendance of 4 students enrolled (minus a $45 processing fee.)

Cancellations (without written consent**) made less than 2 weeks prior to the course will NOT be refunded.

Every effort to reschedule the course will be made.

If a refund is given for a course charge paid via PayPal, the PayPal fees will be deducted before the refund is sent. I.e. if I refund you the full course charge and the PayPal fee is 2% of the charge, you will receive 98% of your payment.

 

Prices quoted are valid for up to 30 days after submitted. 

We reserve the right to adjust the course charge if there is a change in the cost of course supplies and/or shipping or if the number of attendees to the course increases or decreases. A full explanation of course charges can be provided for you.

 

For invoiced courses payment is due no later than 30 days after course is held. Payments received later than 30 days but no more than 45days will be subject to a surcharge of no less than 10% of the total course charge. Payments received after 45 days will be subject to a 15% surcharge.

No course certifying cards or certifications will be issued until course payment is received and clears both of our financial institutions.

 

For a course request that requires a drive of more than 30 minutes outside of the Madera, CA area an additional fee to cover fuel expenses may be included in the course charge.

A deposit may be required if a course is scheduled more than 60 days in advance. In the event of a cancellation (without written consent) 10% of the deposit is non-refundable.
